‘আধার কার্ড’ নামটির চেয়ে ‘ভারত কার্ড’ নামটি অনেক বেশি উপযুক্ত। দেশের নামের সর্বদা ব্যবহার রাষ্ট্রের পরম বৈভবের জন্য অত্যন্ত আবশ্যক। সমস্ত সরকারি প্রকল্পের নামে দেশের নাম “ভারত” থাকা উচিত, “প্রধানমন্ত্রী” বা “PM” নয়। সমস্ত প্রয়োজনের জন্য একটি মাত্র ভারত কার্ডই যথেষ্ট। প্যান কার্ড, ব্যাঙ্ক, ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স, নির্বাচন ইত্যাদির জন্য কেবল একটিই কার্ড: ভারত কার্ড। এতে এমন একটি প্রযুক্তি থাকবে যার মাধ্যমে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট পরিষেবাটি সেই মুহূর্তের জন্য এনাবল (Enable) বা অ্যাক্টিভেট করা যাবে। আমাদের কাছে রাষ্ট্রই সর্বাগ্রে। বিশ্বাস, ভক্তি এবং অবিশ্বাস সম্পূর্ণ ব্যক্তিগত বিষয়। রাষ্ট্রের প্রকৃত ও সৎ উদ্দেশ্য হলো কোনো প্রকার বৈষম্য বা ভেদাভেদ ছাড়া জনকল্যাণ এবং মানুষের সর্বাঙ্গীন উন্নতি সাধন করা। এতে কোনো আপস করা চলবে না। এইভাবে, রাষ্ট্রকে এই ক্ষমতা রাখতে হবে যাতে ধর্মসহ যেকোনো বিশ্বাস বা আদর্শকে সম্পূর্ণ ব্যক্তিগত বিষয় হিসেবে সীমাবদ্ধ রাখা যায়, যাতে সেগুলি অতিরিক্ত গুরুত্ব পেয়ে কোনো নিয়ন্ত্রণকারী শক্তিতে পরিণত না হতে পারে। তবেই রাষ্ট্রের পরম বৈভব অর্জন করা সম্ভব।

The beginning of Kalkipuri Temple was in the year 1998 by Kalki at his birth place. In 2001, Kalki built Kalkipuri house and his prayer room named Kalkipuri Temple. Kalkipuri with an extension of 58.472A&B cents plot solely owned by Kalki at His birth place, Edavannappara in Kondotty Taluk (formerly included in Eranad Taluk), Malappuram Dt., Kerala India. In 2001 the number VP 8/210B (New No.VP 11/7A) was obtained for the residence and prayer room of Kalki from Vazhakkad Grama Panchayath. The building permit for dome construction was obtained on 7th March 2013 and renewed it. Dome works started on 5 Feb 2016 and completed on 8 July 2016. Completion plan submitted on 3 Aug 2016 and approved by Vazhakkad Grama Panchayath on 8 Sep 2016. During the process, submitted Structural Stability Certificate by Dr. Shine. C. Chinnan. Ph.D ( facebook.com/Shine-builders-120711364742644/ ) as per the rules. Draftsman & Senior Superviser: Biju P.P. Afterthat the Kalkipuri House (Manushyalayam) was completely demolished. On 18 Aug 2017 application was submitted to Vazhakkad Grama Panchayath for determining the tax only for the existing prayer room of Kalki (Kalkipuri Temple) after deducting the plinth area of the Kalkipuri House. The same was allowed and the deducted tax was paid on 16 Jan 2018.
Explanation
In 2003, during the construction of the dome of Kalkipuri Temple, Kalki’s father’s second elder brother’s elder son and his gang with crooked intention claimed possession on the sold plot with fabricated document No.1720/2001 and occupied by a temporary stay from the court to grab and destroy Kalkipuri and obstruct the construction of temple [Civil Case No.O.S.123/2003 & O.S.26/2007 (previous No.206/2003)] which Kalki won on 16 Aug 2008 with strict order that the opposite party should never enter Kalkipuri and obstruct in their lifetime. As per Manjeri Sub Court order in the above case, the total extension of Kalkipuri plot owned by Kalki is only 58.472 cents [with New Sy. Nos. 209/10,14,16,26 (Old Sy.Nos.208/6,7,8)]. This plot is registered with full rights (JanmamTheeru) in Vazhakkad S.R.O. in 2001 with document Nos.645, 1532,1223 & 1326/2001 (correction deed), 1574 & 1533. As per Manjeri Sub Court order in the above mentioned case, the total extension of 160.946 cents plot was bought by Kalki wherein 66.729 cents with document No.645/2001, 48.631 cents with document No.1532/2001, 14.84 cents with document No.1223/2001 (1326/2001 as correction deed), 7.246 cents with document No.1533/2001 and 23.5 cents with document No.1195/2001 (in the above documents it is given as 158 cents as in the order: 61¼+50+16¼+7+23½=158 cents). Thus out of 160.946 cents bought with full right (JanmamTheeru) Kalki has sold 2.684 cents, gave 3.024 cents for mutual exchange to Sri. Sivanandan, the elder son of Kalki’s father’s second elder brother and so after lessening both (2.684+3.024 cents), the total extention is 158.912 cents. Out of which Kalki has given 100.440 cents as gift of 15 equal shares with 4.5 m road access and each share holder has right to sale their own share. Maintaining Kalki’s right to fetch water using pump set or pulley for irrigation and other purposes if any at any time from the well dug and built using laterite stone. After lessening 100.440 cents, given as gift by Kalki the remaining 58.472 cents of plot named Kalkipuri is now solely owned by Kalki. Though Kalki gave 100.440 cents plot as gift, as per the tax receipt is only 99.440 cents. The excess one cents belongs to the plot that was owned by one Santha Sivanandan formerly. As per document Nos.591/2011 and 632/2012 Kalki has bought three shares as JanmamTheeru out of 15 shares given us gift, shall be maintained and protected after Kalki by Kalkipuri Dharma Trust estd. by Kalki. Kalkipuri Temple: Opening: 3 am-10 pm. Irrespective of caste, religion, sex, menses, *pula, age, colour and nativity devotees can come with cleanliness and walk on 18 steps to prayer hall (Prarthana Mandapam) of Kalkipuri Temple (Prayer Room of Kalki) and pray only with good intention for blessings and protection from the Lords (Devankal).
Deities to be worshiped in Kalkipuri are the Supreme Genetic Authority (Janithkadhikari) Lord Brahma (BrahmaDeva), the Supreme Organizing Authority (Sarvadhikari) and the Supreme Preceptor (Param Guru) Lord Shiva (ShivaDeva), the Supreme Protection Authority (Samrakshanadhikari) Lord Vishnu (VishnuDeva) existing in the light form in celestial spheres Brahma loka, Shiva loka and Vishnu loka are formed from Parabrahma (Sarva = The Whole) by self (Swayambhoo). The words Devankal (to Lords), Devakaryam (Lords Matter- things pertaining to Lords), DevaVarga (Lords Race), Devahitham (Lords Rules), Devabhagam (belongs to Lords), Devanmar (Lords), DevaSmarana (continuous remembrance of Lords) intend the above mentioned only. The most important rule of worship in Kalkipuri Temple is that devotees can come and pray only with good intention for blessings and protection from the Lords (Devankal) without any discrimination of caste, religion, gender etc. “Only if allows’’ is the most important rule of Devakarya.
Lords (Devankal) doesn’t need anything from anybody because Parabrahma by self, perfectly allows everything in Jyothirmandal (celestial sphere) so Devankal doesn’t need anything from devotees. Even devotion is the need of devotees. It is the right and necessity of devotees to get blessings and protection from Lords (Devankal). By divinity, Kalkipuri Temple is a performing system with micro level execution to connect to the Lords (Devankal) and it is a connectivity with recharging facility like mobile tower. Devotees can come, pray and go only at the temple. This is the purpose of the temple. Offerings (Vazhipadukal) are not allowed and must know that devotees have an opportunity to participate within their capabilities for the day to day expenses of the temple only. The chanting of mantra, Om Shreem BrahmaDeva ShivaDeva VishnuDeva is for the continuous remembrance of Lords (DevaSmarana). When the same words are repeated continuously in its correct form, it remains in the memory with importance.
Idol: Installed by Kalki and it is not for worship. Devotees can pray directly in silence only with good intention to Lords (Devankal) in Supreme Positions existing in Jyothirmandal (celestial sphere) in light form without mediators, without praise, without giving anything to satisfy as per human assumption, without worshipping humans and other species of this planet, without worshipping anything with body which is made of five elements (Panchabhootha) in the name of DevaVarga (Lords Race) and without assuming any figures. This is the most important rule of worship in Kalkipuri Temple. Insect free bronze oil lamp (Patent Pending. Design Patent No.225592 and Newly Modified Design Patent Protected.) is used in Kalkipuri Temple.
When a specific amount reaches in Bhandaram as deposit for the security of the temple and after completing the construction, then every year only within a specific period with date and time (e.g. Nov-Dec) devotees shall be informed through news and media that they have an opportunity to dedicate in Bhandaram as their prayer for the day to day expenses of the temple. The decision that the amount should be only for temple expenses have much importance. This is the final decision of Kalki about Kalkipuri Temple.
Parabrahma (Sarva=The Whole) that which is all, perfection, independent and Supreme Organizing Authority and so there is only Parabrahma nothing else. There is no need to pray and worship Parabrahma because no differentiation, exists as creation by self. Self-clarification is suitable. Parabrahma is existing as creation by self in the layer of difference (bhinnam enna thalam) of Parabrahma. Theoretically, the essence of creation is, ‘We’ the Parabrahma that which is All with Supreme Organizing Authority exists as ‘I’ with limited power by self.
Supreme Genetic Authority Lord Brahma (BrahmaDeva), Supreme Organizing Authority and Supreme Preceptor Lord Shiva (ShivaDeva) and Supreme Protector Lord Vishnu (VishnuDeva) in the light form (not made of five elements) in celestial spheres (Jyothirmandal) Brahma loka, Shiva loka and Vishnu loka respectively with their consort and co-workers Saraswathi Devi, Parvathi Devi and Lakshmi Devi, created from Parabrahma by self and exist only for official duty [Genetic. Organize. Protect. (G.O.P.)]. The words Devimar, Devathakal (Lordess) intend the above mentioned only. There is no need of special worship for Lordess (Devimar, Devathakal). The real photos of Lords and Lordesses in light form (not made of five elements – Panchaboothathmakamalla) are not available on this Earth.
Always Devankal (to Lords) only have the supreme authority to decide and execute which devotee should be blessed. Neither the one who established the temple nor the one who manages the temple or others have authority to interfere. The purpose of the temple management is only to obey the perfectness in Devakarya. Human beings do not have the rights and permission to receive money, wealth in advance as offerings from anyone for getting solutions from Devankal (to Lords).
The prayers with good intention which is needed for living will only be fulfilled with the execution of welfare nation through welfare ruling by the supreme position Ruler for Devakarya (Lords Matter) as per Devahitham (Lords Rules). – Kalki Not to disgrace is the real grace.
Kalkipuri Temple: 2001 to 2017
In Devakarya, a person has freedom to accept or criticize, believe or disbelieve. Always honour the fundamental right of a person to decide which is the best for his benefit after thorough learning. Compelling would never become useful. One should learn, accept and obey for oneself. Then only it can be established sincerely. If it is changed as religion, then it will become dangerous. Individuals will try to become controllers. Lord Shiva (ShivaDeva) is the Supreme Preceptor (ParamGuru), not humans. Humans can be honoured, respected and can be seen as teachers but should not be worshiped with dedication. When we recognize and limit every individual according to their positions then many risks can be avoided and will not go misguided. We can pray for blessings and protection directly from Devankal (Lords). No need of mediators. This is best for the uplifting of soul. The base for the uplifting of soul is through dedication to Devankal (Lords), self-sincerity, good intention and the completion of one’s own duty as per position. – Kalki
Do not enter into the temple compound using drugs and liquor. Smoking is prohibited.
Kalkipuri Temple Idol Installation Day: Vrishchik Swathi (15th Lunar asterism), between November and December. Idol installed by Kalki. No offerings (Vazhipadukal) in the Temple (Donations, DD, MO, Cheque etc. shall not be accepted). Only one Bhandaram (repository/treasury). No circumambulation (Pradakshinam-walk round the temple). Oil, camphor, ashes, flowers, garland etc. are not received. Pooja is not done for anybody. Insect free bronze oil lamp (Design Patent No. 225592) is used in the Kalkipuri Temple. *Pula: Some people believe it as customary pollution which lasts for a few days following a birth and death in the family that prevents one’s entry to temple.

ഭാരതത്തില്, കേരളത്തിലെ മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല കൊണ്ടോട്ടി താലൂക്കില് (മുമ്പ് ഏറനാട് താലൂക്കില് ഉള്പ്പെട്ടത്) എടവണ്ണപ്പാറ എന്ന ജന്മദേശത്ത് Kalki എന്ന എന്റെ മാത്രം പരിപൂര്ണ്ണ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലും കൈവശത്തിലുമുള്ള കല്കിപുരി എന്ന 58.472 സെന്റ്റ് സ്ഥലത്താണ് 1998 ചെറിയ ആരാധനാലയമായി ആരംഭിച്ചുവെങ്കിലും 2001ല് ഞാന് നിര്മ്മിച്ച എന്റെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മുറി (കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം) സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. 1998ല് ആരംഭിച്ചുവെങ്കിലും,
05.2001 ല് വാഴക്കാട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തില് നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച നിര്മ്മാണ അനുമതിപ്രകാരം (BRL No.52/2001-02. Revised Plan: BRL No. 286/2001-02) ആരംഭിച്ച് പൂര്ത്തീകരിച്ചതിന് ഫലമായി 11.01.2002 ന് വാഴക്കാട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തില് നിന്നും VP 8/210B (പുതിയ നമ്പര് VP 11/7A) എന്ന നമ്പര് കല്കിപുരി എന്ന ഞാന് പേരിട്ട എന്റെ വീടിനും പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മുറിയ്ക്കും കൂടി ലഭിച്ചു.
വാഴക്കാട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തില്നിന്നും 30.04.2002ന് കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര താഴികക്കുട നിര്മ്മാണത്തിനായി സമര്പ്പിച്ച അഡീഷനല് പ്ലാനിന് (BRL No. 41/2002-03) അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചതിന്പ്രകാരം 2003 ല് ഞാന് ആയതിന് ശ്രമിയ്ക്കവേ മേപ്പടി ഒന്നാം നമ്പരിലും അഞ്ചാം നമ്പരിലും കൊടുത്ത പ്രകാരം അച്ഛന്റെ ജ്യേഷ്ഠന്റെ മക്കള് 1720/2001-ാം നമ്പര് കൃത്രിമ ആധാരം ചമച്ച് വിറ്റ സ്ഥലത്ത് വീണ്ടും അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്ന ദുരുദ്ദേശ്യ വാദവുമായി കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര താഴികക്കുട നിര്മ്മാണം തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തുകയും, പിന്നീട് പ്രസ്തുത കേസില് 16.08.2008 ന് ഞാന് വിജയിയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തെങ്കിലും നിര്മ്മാണാനുമതിയുടെ കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞതിനാല് വീണ്ടും അഡീഷനല് പ്ലാനിന്റെ അനുമതി വാഴക്കാട് ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തില് നിന്നും മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറില് നിന്നും ലഭിയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി 09.07.2009 ന് അപേക്ഷിയ്ക്കുകയും 15.06.2010 ന് ആയത് അനുവദിയ്ക്കുകയും (G4012/ 10) ചെയ്തു.
തുടര്ന്ന്, 2013 മാര്ച്ച് 7ന് പുതുക്കിയ താഴികക്കുട നിര്മ്മാണത്തിനുള്ള ബില്ഡിംഗ് പെര്മിറ്റ് വീണ്ടും റിന്യൂ ചെയ്തു. 2016 ഫിബ്രവരി 5ന് താഴികക്കുട നിര്മ്മാണം ആരംഭിച്ച് 2016 ജൂലായ് 8ന് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കി. 2016 ആഗസ്ത് 3ന് കംപ്ലീഷന് പ്ലാന് സമര്പ്പിച്ചു. തുടര്ന്ന്, ഡോ. ഷൈന്. സി. ചിന്നന് അനുവദിച്ച സ്ട്രക്ച്ചറല് സ്റ്റബിലിറ്റി സെര്ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും നിയമപ്രകാരം ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. 2016 സപ്തംബര് 8ന് വാഴക്കാട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് കംപ്ലീഷന് പ്ലാന് അംഗീകരിച്ചു.
തുടര്ന്ന് 2017 ല്, കല്കിപുരി എന്ന എന്റെ വീട് (മനുഷ്യാലയം) പൂര്ണ്ണമായും പൊളിച്ച് ഒഴിവാക്കി. അതിനുശേഷം, മുമ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്ന കല്കിപുരി എന്ന പേരിലുള്ള എന്റെ വീടിന്റെ തറ വിസ്തീര്ണ്ണം കുറച്ച് ഇപ്പോള് അവശേഷിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മുറിയുടെ (കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം) തറ വിസ്തീര്ണ്ണത്തിന്റെ മാത്രം നികുതി അടക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി വാഴക്കാട് ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് 18.08.2017ന് ഞാന് നല്കിയ അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിച്ച് ആയത് അനുവദിക്കുകയും അതിന്പ്രകാരം നിലവിലുള്ള എന്റെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മുറിയുടെ (കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം) മാത്രം തറ വിസ്തീര്ണ്ണം അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള നികുതി 16.01.2018ന് അടയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
ഞാന് ഈ വില്പത്രം തയ്യാറാക്കുമ്പോള് കല്കിപുരിയില് എന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയില് [VP 11/7A എന്ന നമ്പറിലുള്ള കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം എന്ന എന്റെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാമുറിയും പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മണ്ഡപവും 18 പടികളും], കൂടാതെ, VP 11/7B എന്ന നമ്പറിലുള്ള മൂന്ന് മുറികളുള്ള ഒരു ഓഫീസ് കെട്ടിടവും VP 11/7C എന്ന നമ്പരില് ഞാന് താമസിക്കുന്ന 10×10 ന്റെ മുറിയുമുണ്ട്. അത് സംബന്ധിച്ച (VP 11/7B & VP 11/7C) എന്റെ തീരുമാനം മേപ്പടി ഒസ്യത്താധാരത്തിലെ 25-ാം നമ്പരില് കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര നിയമങ്ങള്
24. കല്കി ക്ഷേത്ര നിയമങ്ങള് താഴെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു:-
24(1). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം : നട തുറക്കല് : 3 am to 10 pm (പിന്നീട് ദിവസം മുഴുവന് ക്ഷേത്ര നട തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്). ജാതി മത ലിംഗ ആര്ത്തവ പുല പ്രായ വര്ണ്ണ ദേശ ഭേദമന്യേ ഭക്തര്ക്ക് വൃത്തിയോടെ 18 പടികള് കയറി കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ (കല്കിയുടെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാമുറി) പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മണ്ഡപത്തില് നിന്ന് ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നുമുള്ള അനുഗ്രഹത്തിനും സംരക്ഷണത്തിനും വേണ്ടി സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി മാത്രം പ്രാര്ത്ഥി ച്ചു പോകാം.
24(2). സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി മാത്രം പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുക എന്നതിന് വളരെയധികം പ്രാധാന്യമുണ്ട്. തന്റേയും, കുടുംബത്തിന്റേയും, സമൂഹത്തിന്റേയും, രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്റേയും, ലോകത്തിന്റെയും, കൂടാതെ താനുമായി മിത്രതയുള്ളവരുടേയും നന്മയ്ക്കും, ജീവിത പുരോഗതിയ്ക്കും, രോഗാദി ദുരിതങ്ങളില് നിന്നു മുള്ള മോചനത്തിനും, സമസ്ത ജീവിത ഐശ്വര്യത്തിനും, വിവാഹം, തൊഴില് മുതലായ എല്ലാ ജീവിതാവശ്യങ്ങള്ക്കുമുള്ള അനുഗ്രഹവും സംരക്ഷണവും ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നും അനുവദിയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഒരു ഭക്തന്റേയോ ഭക്തയുടേയോ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയാകുന്നു സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായ പ്രാര്ത്ഥന.
24(3). മേപ്പടി 24 (2) ന്റെ വിശദീകരണം താഴെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു:-
A. ദുരുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായ അഥവാ തനിയ്ക്കും മറ്റുള്ളവര്ക്കും ഉപദ്രവവും പ്രയാസങ്ങളും ദു:ഖങ്ങളും സങ്കടങ്ങളും നഷ്ടങ്ങളും ആപത്തുകളും അപകടങ്ങളും തകര്ച്ചയും രോഗാദി ദുരിതങ്ങളും തുടങ്ങിയ യാതൊന്നും സംഭവിയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും വന്നുഭവിയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും ഇടയാകുന്നവിധത്തിലുള്ള യാതൊരുവിധ കാര്യങ്ങളും കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് വന്നും കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര ത്രിമൂര്ത്തികള് അഥവാ ദേവവര്ഗ്ഗം എന്ന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് ലോകത്തിലെ യാതൊരിടത്തില് നിന്നും സ്ഥലത്തു നിന്നും ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നും പ്രാര്ത്ഥിയ്ക്കുവാന് പാടില്ല. ആയതിന് ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും ആര്ക്കും അനുവാദമില്ല. എന്നാല് നീതി നിഷേധവും അതിക്രമവും ചതിയുമുണ്ടായാല് ആയതില് നിന്നുമുള്ള പ്രതിരോധത്തിനും സംരക്ഷണത്തിനും വേണ്ടി ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്കുള്ള പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയ്ക്ക് ഭക്തര്ക്ക് അനുവാദമുണ്ട്.
B. ആരാണോ ദുരുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്നത് അവര്ക്ക് തന്നെ പ്രത്യാഘാതം അനുഭവിയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് ഇടയാകുമെന്ന് ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും തീരുമാനം അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
C. ദുരുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനകള്ക്ക് ഫലമുണ്ടാകില്ല അഥവാ നടപ്പാവില്ലായെന്നും അപ്രകാരം പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്നവര് ഭക്തരല്ലെന്നും ജന്മാന്തരങ്ങളോളം അവര് അതിന്റെ ശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിയ്ക്കേണ്ടി വരുമെന്നും ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും തീരുമാനം അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. നമ്മുടെ ഭാരത സംസ്കൃതിയില് അഥവാ സനാതന ധര്മത്തില് ആരേയും ഉപദ്രവിയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും ആരോടും ശത്രുത നിലനിര്ത്തുന്നതിനും ത്രിമൂര്ത്തികളുടെ അനുവാദമില്ല എന്നത് പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു.
24(4). ദേവവര്ഗ്ഗം സങ്കല്പ്പമല്ല. പരബ്രഹ്മം സ്വയം ആവിര്ഭവിച്ച് (സ്വയംഭൂ) പ്രകാശ സ്വരൂപത്തില് (പഞ്ചഭൂതാത്മകമല്ല) ജ്യോതിര്മണ്ഡലങ്ങളായ ബ്രഹ്മലോക ശിവലോക വിഷ്ണു ലോക വാസികളായ ജനിതകാധികാരി (Supreme Genetic Authority) ബ്രഹ്മദേവനും സര്വ്വാധികാരി പരമഗുരു (Supreme Organizing Authority and Supreme Preceptor) ശിവദേവനും സംരക്ഷണാധികാരി (Supreme Protection Authority) വിഷ്ണു ദേവനും ആകുന്നു കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ (കല്കിയുടെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാമുറി) ആരാധനാ ദേവന്മാര്. ദേവങ്കല്, ദേവകാര്യം, ദേവവര്ഗ്ഗം, ദേവഹിതം, ദേവഭാഗം, ദേവസ്മരണ, ദേവന്, ദേവന്മാര്, ഈശ്വരന്, ഈശ്വരന്മാര്, ത്രിമൂര്ത്തികള്, ദൈവം, ദൈവങ്ങള് എന്നും ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് ഇതാകുന്നു.
24(5). ജാതി മത സ്ത്രീ പുരുഷ പ്രായഭേദമന്യേ യാതൊരു വിവേചനങ്ങളുമില്ലാതെ ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നുമുള്ള അനുഗ്രഹത്തിനും സംരക്ഷണത്തിനും വേണ്ടി ഭക്തര് വന്ന് സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി മാത്രം പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ചു പോകുന്നതാണ് കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ആരാധനാ രീതി.
24(6). ദേവകാര്യത്തിലെ സുപ്രധാന നിയമമാകുന്നു “അനുവാദിതം എങ്കില് മാത്രം”. ആയതിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശ്യം ഇപ്രകാരം: ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും അനുഗ്രഹവും സംരക്ഷണവും അനുവദിച്ചെങ്കില് മാത്രമേ ആര്ക്കും യാതൊരു കാര്യവും നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനും അനുയോജ്യമായി പൂര്ത്തീകരിയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും സാധിക്കുക യുള്ളൂ. എന്നാല് അനുകൂലമല്ലാതെ വന്ന് ചേരുന്നത് അഥവാ പ്രതികൂലവും പ്രത്യാഘാതങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതുമായ കാര്യങ്ങള് സംഭവിയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് ദേവവര്ഗ്ഗം കാരണവുമല്ല. പരബ്രഹ്മം സ്വയം നന്മയായും തിന്മയായും എല്ലാമായും നിലകൊള്ളുന്നതിനാല് ആസുരീയത തിന്മയ്ക്കായി പ്രവര്ത്തിയ്ക്കുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന വസ്തുത ഓര്ക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. സര്വ്വം എന്ന പദത്താല് ഉദ്ദേശിയ്ക്കുന്നത് എല്ലാം ആകുന്നത് എന്നാകുന്നു. പരബ്രഹ്മം എന്ന പദത്താല് ഉദ്ദേശിയ്ക്കുന്നത്: സര്വ്വം എന്ന എല്ലാം ആകുന്നത് എന്ന സമ്പൂര്ണ്ണ തീരുമാനത്തെയാകുന്നു. പരബ്രഹ്മമല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നില്ലാത്തതിനാലും എല്ലാമായ് നിലകൊള്ളുന്നതിനാലും സ്വയം ഭിന്നമായ് നിലകൊള്ളുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഭിന്നമല്ലാത്തതിനാലും പരബ്രഹ്മത്തെ ആരാധിയ്ക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. പരബ്രഹ്മം എല്ലാമായ് സ്വയം നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു എന്ന വ്യക്തത ഭക്തര്ക്ക് പ്രയോജനം ചെയ്യും.
24(7). അദൃശ്യത്തെ പ്രസ്തുത പദത്താല് വ്യക്തമാകുന്നതുപോലെ അഥവാ സ്ഥിരീകരണമുണ്ടാകുന്നതുപോലെ എല്ലാം ആകുന്നത് എന്നത് വ്യക്തമാകുന്നതിനായി ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കുന്ന പദമാകുന്നു പരബ്രഹ്മം. സര്വം ആകുന്ന പരബ്രഹ്മം അതാത് സ്ഥാനാധികാരമായി സ്വയം ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ സമ്പൂര്ണ്ണതയോടേയും അതാത് മണ്ഡലങ്ങളില് അതാതായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നതിനാല് അഥവാ വ്യത്യസ്തമെന്ന് അനുഭവപ്പെടുത്തി അഥവാ ഭിന്നം എന്ന തലത്തില് സ്വയം സൃഷ്ടിയായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നതിനാല്, ദേവങ്കലേക്ക് ഭക്തരില്നിന്നും മറ്റാരില്നിന്നും മറ്റൊന്നില്നിന്നും യാതൊന്നും ആവശ്യമില്ലായെന്നും ക്ഷേത്ര നടത്തിപ്പിലേക്ക് തങ്ങളാ ല് സാധ്യമായത് ചെയ്യുക മാത്രമാണെന്നും വഴിപാടുകള് പാടില്ലായെന്നും ക്ഷേത്രം എന്നത് വന്ന് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ച് പോകുന്നതിന് മാത്രമായുള്ള സംവിധാനമാണെന്നും അറിയുക. ഭക്തി പോലും ഭക്തരുടെ ആവശ്യമാണ്. ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നുമുള്ള അനുഗ്രഹവും സംരക്ഷണവും ഭക്തരുടെ ആവശ്യവും അവകാശവുമാകുന്നു.
24(8). കല്കി സ്വയംഭൂ ചൈതന്യത്താല് ദേവങ്കലേക്കുള്ള കണക്ഷന് അതിസൂക്ഷ്മനിര്വ്വഹണത്തിലൂടെ സജ്ജീകരിച്ച കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം എന്ന സംവിധാനം കണക്ടിവിറ്റിക്കും റീചാര്ജിംഗിനുമുള്ളതാണ്, മൊബൈല് ടവര് പോലെ അഥവാ ആയതിനുള്ള സാങ്കേതിക സംവിധാനം പോലെ.
24(9). ഓം ശ്രീം ബ്രഹ്മദേവ ശിവദേവ വിഷ്ണുദേവ എന്ന മന്ത്ര ജപം ദേവസ്മരണയ്ക്കാകുന്നു. ഒരേ പദങ്ങള് കൃത്യതയോടെ നിരന്തരം സ്ഥിരമായി ആവര്ത്തിച്ച് ഉച്ചരിക്കുമ്പോള് സ്മരണയില് പ്രാധാന്യത്തോടെ നിലനില്ക്കും. അപ്രകാരം ദേവസ്മരണയ്ക്കാകുന്നു മന്ത്ര ജപം. മന്ത്രജപത്താല് ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നും പ്രത്യേക പ്രീതി ലഭിയ്ക്കുകയില്ല. യാതൊരു രീതിയിലും ദേവവര്ഗ്ഗത്തെ തങ്ങളുടെ ഇഷ്ടാനിഷ്ടങ്ങള്ക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചു തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തുവാനും പ്രീതിപ്പെടുത്തുവാനും ആര്ക്കും സാധിയ്ക്കുകയില്ല. അതാതു സന്ദര്ഭത്തില് അതാത് സ്ഥാനപ്രകാരം സ്വയം സ്വന്തം ഡ്യൂട്ടി സദുദ്ദേശ്യത്തോടെ മാത്രം കൃത്യമായി നിര്വ്വഹിയ്ക്കുക എന്നത് മാത്ര മാണ് ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും സ്വീകാര്യത ലഭിയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഏക പരിഹാരം. കര്ത്തവ്യ നിര്വ്വഹണത്തിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യം.
24(10). വിഗ്രഹം: ശില. കല്കി പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചത്. വിഗ്രഹത്തെയല്ല ആരാധിക്കുന്നത്, ദേവവര്ഗ്ഗ ത്രിമൂര്ത്തികളെയാകുന്നു. ഇടനിലക്കാരില്ലാതെ, സ്തുതികളില്ലാതെ, മാനുഷിക പരികല്പനകളിലൂടെയുള്ള കൊടുത്ത് തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തലുകളില്ലാതെ, മനുഷ്യരേയും ഈ ഭൂമിയിലെ മറ്റ് ജീവിവര്ഗ്ഗങ്ങളേയും ആരാധിയ്ക്കാതെ, ദേവ വര്ഗ്ഗങ്ങളെന്നപേരില് പഞ്ചഭൂതാത്മക ശരീരത്തോടുകൂടിയ വിവിധ രൂപങ്ങളുടെ ആരാധനകളില്ലാതെ, പ്രകാശ സ്വരൂപ ഘടനയോടെ സമുന്നത സ്ഥാനാധികാ രങ്ങളുള്ള ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്ക് മാത്രം സ്വരൂപസങ്കല്പ്പങ്ങളില്ലാതെ ഭക്തര് നേരിട്ട് സ്വയം നിശബ്ദമായി സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി മാത്രം പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ച് പോകുന്നതാകുന്നു കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ആരാധനാ രീതിയുടെ പ്രത്യേകത.
സ്വയംഭൂ ചൈതന്യമാഹാത്മ്യത്തോടെ ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നും ഔദ്യോഗികമായി അനുവാദമുള്ള മഹദ് വ്യക്തി (അവതാരം) സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്ന യഥാര്ത്ഥ ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് ദേവകാര്യാര്ത്ഥം ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നുമുള്ള തീരുമാനപ്രകാരം ഈ ഭൂമിയില് നിന്നും യാതൊരു ജീവിവര്ഗ്ഗങ്ങളില്നിന്നും യാതൊരുപ്രകാരത്തിലും ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്ക് യാതൊന്നും ആവശ്യമില്ലായെന്ന അടിസ്ഥാന നിയമത്തിന് പ്രാധാന്യം കൊടുത്തുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രമേ പൂര്ത്തീകരിയ്ക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ദേവാലയമെന്ന കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ പൂര്ത്തീകരണത്തിനാവശ്യമായ സ്ഥലവും സൗകര്യങ്ങളും സജ്ജീകരണങ്ങളും സംവിധാനങ്ങളുമായി സമൃദ്ധിയോടെയുള്ള സാഹചര്യങ്ങളാകുമ്പോള് സേവന പ്രവര്ത്തനത്തിന് ആവശ്യമായവരെ യോഗ്യതയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് അതാത് സ്ഥാനത്തേയ്ക്ക് നിയമിച്ചും അര്ഹമായ ശമ്പളം നല്കിയും ഭംഗിയായി ക്ഷേത്രം നിലനിര്ത്തുന്നതിന് വരുന്നതായ ചെലവുകള്ക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഭണ്ഡാരം എന്നത് ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാന് പാടുള്ളൂ – ക്ഷേത്ര സുരക്ഷക്കായുള്ള കരുതല് ധനനിക്ഷേപമായതിന് ശേഷം – എന്ന കല്കിയുടെ കര്ശന തീരുമാനം ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്ക് ഈ ഭൂമിയില് നിന്നും യാതൊന്നും ആവശ്യമില്ലായെന്നും ക്ഷേത്ര നടത്തിപ്പിനുള്ളത് മാത്രം ഭക്തര് സ്വമേധയാ സമര്പ്പിയ്ക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്നും തെളിയിച്ച് നടപ്പില് വരുത്തുന്നതിലേയ്ക്ക് അനുയോജ്യമാകുന്നു.
24(11) A. ക്ഷേത്രമെന്ന ദൃശ്യസംവിധാനത്തില് ഉപാധിയുടെ ആവശ്യകതയ്ക്കുവേണ്ടി യാതൊരുവിധ ജീവികളുടേയും രൂപങ്ങളും ആകൃതികളുമില്ലാത്ത ദീര്ഘദണ്ഡാകൃതിയിലുള്ള കൃഷ്ണശിലയോ ലോഹമോ വിഗ്രഹമായി ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കാം എന്നത് മാത്രമാകുന്നു ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നുമുള്ള തീരുമാനം. [3 അടിയോ (243.84 യവം) 5 അടിയോ (406.4 യവം) മാത്രം ഉയരമുള്ളത് അനുയോജ്യം]. അറിയുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി ശിലാവിഗ്രഹം എന്നും ലോഹവിഗ്രഹം എന്നുമുള്ള പദങ്ങള് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കാം. ദേവീദേവന്മാരുടെ പേരില് വിഗ്രഹം പാടില്ല.
24(11)B. ബ്രഹ്മ ശിവ വിഷ്ണു ദേവന്മാര് വിഗ്രഹത്തെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയല്ല, പകരം ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നും കല്കിയ്ക്ക് അനുവദിച്ച ദേവചൈതന്യത്താല് (സ്വയംഭൂ ചൈതന്യം) സമുന്നത സ്ഥാനാധികാരപ്രകാരം കല്കിയ്ക്ക് മാത്രം അറിയാവുന്ന ഉപാധിരഹിത സങ്കല്പരഹിത അതിസൂക്ഷ്മ നിര്വ്വഹണത്താല് സജ്ജീകരിയ്ക്കപ്പെട്ടതായതിനാലാകുന്നു കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലൂടെ ഭക്തര്ക്ക് അനുഗ്രഹവും സംരക്ഷണവും അനുവദിയ്ക്കുന്നത് (ലഭിയ്ക്കുന്നത്).
24(11)C. ആയതിനാല്, കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് എന്നും വിഗ്രഹം കഴുകി വൃത്തിയാക്കുക മാത്രമേ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുള്ളൂ. [അലങ്കാരാദി പൂജകള് യാതൊന്നും പാടില്ല].
24(11)D. കേവല ദൃശ്യസംവിധാനത്തിനുള്ള ഉപാധിയായ വിഗ്രഹം ദീര്ഘദണ്ഡാകൃതിയിലുള്ള ശിലയോ ലോഹമോ ആകുന്നു എന്ന വസ്തുതയ്ക്കാകുന്നു കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര നിയമത്തില് പ്രാധാന്യമര്ഹിയ്ക്കുന്നത്.
24(11)E. വിഗ്രഹത്തേയല്ല ആരാധിയ്ക്കുന്നത്; കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ 18 പടികള് കയറി പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മണ്ഡപത്തില് വന്ന് ഭക്തര് നേരിട്ട് സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി മാത്രം ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്ക് സ്വയം പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്ന രീതിയാകുന്നു സ്ഥാപകനായ കല്കി ദേവഹിതപ്രകാരം അനുയോജ്യമായി പ്രാവര്ത്തികമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്നത് കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര നിയമത്തില് പരമ പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ളതാകുന്നു.
24(12). ആവശ്യമായ സ്ഥലസൗകര്യങ്ങളോടെ ക്ഷേത്ര നിര്മ്മാണം പൂര്ത്തിയായതിനുശേഷം, ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിലൂടെ വിവിധ ഘട്ടങ്ങളായി ആകെ നിശ്ചിത സംഖ്യ (ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 10 കോടി) ക്ഷേത്ര സംരക്ഷണത്തിനായുള്ള കരുതല് ധനമായെത്തി ബാങ്കില് നിക്ഷേപിയ്ക്കുമ്പോള്, പിന്നീട്, ഓരോ വര്ഷവും കൃത്യമായ സമയത്ത് നിശ്ചിത തീയ്യതിക്കുള്ളില് മാത്രം എന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ച് (ഉദാ: നവംബര്-ഡിസംബര്) പത്രമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ ഭക്തരെ അറിയിച്ച് പ്രസ്തുത വര്ഷത്തെ ക്ഷേ ത്ര ചെലവുകള്ക്കുള്ള പണം ഭക്തര്ക്ക് ഭണ്ഡാരത്തില് പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയായി സമര്പ്പിക്കാവുന്ന രീതിയാണ് കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം സംബന്ധിച്ച കല്കി (Kalki) എന്ന എന്റെ അന്തിമ തീരുമാനം. ക്ഷേത്ര ചെലവുകള്ക്കുള്ളത് മാത്രമേ പാടുള്ളൂവെന്ന നിബന്ധനക്ക് വളരെയേറെ പ്രാധാന്യമുണ്ട്. നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുള്ളില് (ഉദാ: നവംബര്-ഡിസംബര്) തീരുമാനിച്ച ബഡ്ജറ്റിനേക്കാള് അധികരിച്ച പണം എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില് പ്രസ്തുത സംഖ്യ കരുതല് ധന നിക്ഷേപത്തില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തി സുരക്ഷിതമാക്കുക. അതാത് വര്ഷത്തിലെ നിശ്ചിത ബഡ്ജറ്റ് സംഖ്യ തികയാതെ വന്നാല് ആയതിനു വേണ്ടി വീണ്ടും നിശ്ചിത സമയ പരിധി തീരുമാനിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ഭണ്ഡാരത്തില് പ്രാര്ത്ഥന അര്പ്പിക്കാന് ഭക്തര്ക്ക് അനുവാദമുണ്ട്, ആയതിന് അവസരം കൊടുക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.
24(13). പരബ്രഹ്മം (സര്വ്വം) എല്ലാം ആകുന്ന ഏകവും സമ്പൂര്ണ്ണവും സ്വതന്ത്രവും സമുന്നത സര്വ്വാധികാരസ്ഥാനവുമായതിനാ ല് പരബ്രഹ്മമല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നില്ല. ഭിന്നമല്ലാത്തതിനാല് പര ബ്രഹ്മത്തിലേക്ക് എന്ന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയും ആരാധന യും ആവശ്യമില്ല. സ്വയം വ്യക്തതയാണ് അനുയോജ്യം. പര ബ്രഹ്മം സ്വയം ഭിന്നം എന്ന തലത്തില് നിലകൊള്ളുന്നതാകു ന്നു സൃഷ്ടി. നാമാകുന്ന സര്വ്വാധികാര പരബ്രഹ്മ സമഷ്ടി ഞാനാകുന്ന പരിമിതാധികാര വ്യഷ്ടിയായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന സാങ്കേതികതയാണ് സൃഷ്ടിയുടെ കാതല്.
24(14). പ്രകാശസ്വരൂപ ഘടനയില് (പഞ്ചഭൂതാത്മകമല്ല) ജ്യോതിര്മ ണ്ഡല ബ്രഹ്മ ശിവ വിഷ്ണു ലോകങ്ങളിലെ ജനിതകാധികാരി ബ്രഹ്മദേവനും സര്വ്വാധികാരി പരമഗുരു ശിവദേവനും സംരക്ഷണാധികാരി വിഷ്ണുദേവനും യഥാക്രമം സഹധര്മ്മിണിമാരും സഹപ്രവര്ത്തകരുമായ സരസ്വതിദേവിയും പാര്വതി ദേവിയും ലക്ഷ്മിദേവിയും പരബ്രഹ്മത്താല് സ്വയം ആവിര്ഭവിച്ചവരും (സ്വയംഭൂ) ഔദ്യോഗിക നിര്വ്വഹണത്തിനായി മാത്രം [ജനിതകം, ക്രമം, സംരക്ഷ – Genetic. Organize. Protect (G.O.P.)] നിലകൊള്ളുന്നവരുമാകുന്നു. ദേവിമാര്, ദേവതകള്, ഈശ്വരി എന്നിങ്ങനെ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതും ഇതാകുന്നു. ദേവിമാര്ക്ക് പ്രത്യേക ആരാധന ആവശ്യമില്ല.
24(15). ദേവീദേവന്മാരുടെ പ്രകാശസ്വരൂപത്തിലുള്ള (പഞ്ചഭൂതാത്മകമല്ല) യഥാര്ത്ഥ ചിത്രം ഈ ഭൂമിയില് ലഭ്യമല്ല.
24(16). ഏതൊരു ഭക്തനേയോ ഭക്തയേയോ ആണ് അനുഗ്രഹിക്കേണ്ടതെന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു നടപ്പില്വരുത്തുവാനുള്ള പൂര്ണ്ണപരമാധികാരം സര്വ്വദാ ദേവങ്കല് മാത്രമാകുന്നു. ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥാപിച്ചവര്ക്കോ ക്ഷേത്ര നടത്തിപ്പുകാര്ക്കോ മറ്റാര്ക്കോ അതില് ഇടപെടുവാന് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും അധികാരമില്ല. ദേവങ്കലേക്കുള്ള വിനയവും അനുസരണയുമാണ് ക്ഷേത്ര നടത്തിപ്പിന് ആവശ്യം. ആര്ക്കെല്ലാം എ ന്തെല്ലാം ഫലങ്ങള് ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ച് അവരില്നി ന്നും പണവും ദ്രവ്യങ്ങളും വഴിപാടുകളെന്നപേരില് മുന്കൂട്ടിയോ അല്ലാതെയോ വാങ്ങുവാന് മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക് അധികാരമില്ല. കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര ശ്രീകോവിലും വിഗ്രഹവും ക്ഷേത്ര പരിസരവും വൃത്തിയോടെയായിരിക്കണം. ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് മത്സ്യമാംസാദികള് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പാടില്ല.
24(17). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് സുഗന്ധത്തിനുവേണ്ടി ശുദ്ധമായ ചന്ദനതൈലം ഒരു പാത്രത്തില് ഒഴിച്ച് അതിലേയ്ക്ക് പ്രത്യേകം തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ചൂരല് വടികള് മുക്കിവെയ്ക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ചന്ദനതൈലവും ചൂരല്വടികളും മാറ്റി പുതിയത് ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കണം. ഒരു ജീവിയുടെ വിസര്ജ്ജ്യമായ ചാണകം ചേര്ക്കുന്നതിനാലും പുകയുണ്ടാകുന്നതിനാലും ചന്ദനത്തിരികള് ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാന് പാടില്ല (ചാണകം മനുഷ്യാലയങ്ങളില് മാനുഷിക കാര്യങ്ങള്ക്ക് പ്രയോജനപ്രദമാണെങ്കിലും ദേവാലയങ്ങളില് ദേവകാര്യത്തില് ജീവികളുടെ മത്സ്യം, മാംസം, രക്തം, നെയ്യ്, വിസര്ജ്ജ്യം തുടങ്ങിയവ കര്ശനമായും പാടില്ല).
24(18). മനുഷ്യ ദേഹ സമാനമായതിനാല് മത്സ്യമാംസങ്ങള് കഴിക്കുന്നവരെ കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രകാര്യ നിര്വ്വഹണങ്ങള്ക്കുള്ള അതാത് സ്ഥാനങ്ങളില് നിയമിക്കുവാന് പാടില്ല. കൃത്യതയോടെ ദേവഹിതപ്രകാരം യഥാര്ത്ഥ ക്ഷേത്രകാര്യം നടപ്പാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിലേക്ക് ഭക്തരില് നിന്നും വ്യക്തിക ളില്നിന്നുമുള്ള സഹകരണത്തിനും പങ്കാളിത്തത്തിനും ഒരു ഘട്ടം വരേക്കും പരിധികളും പരിമിതികളുമുണ്ട് എന്നതിനാല് ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും അനുവദിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം നിലവില് ലഭ്യമായ സാഹചര്യമനുസരിച്ച് സാധ്യമാകുന്ന രീതിയില് ക്ഷേത്ര നടത്തിപ്പില് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുകയാണ് എന്നതും പ്രത്യേകമായി അറിയിക്കുന്നു. ഭക്തര്ക്ക് കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തി ല് വന്ന് സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി മാത്രം പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ചു പോകുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു വിലക്കുകളുമില്ല.
24(19). ഭാരതത്തില് ജനിച്ച് ഭാരത പൗരത്വമുള്ളവര് മാത്രവും കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര സ്ഥാപകനായ കല്കിയ്ക്ക് ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നും അനുവദിച്ച് തീരുമാനിച്ച് നടപ്പില് വരുത്തിയ കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രനിയമങ്ങള്പ്രകാരമുള്ള ബ്രഹ്മദേവനും ശിവദേവനും വിഷ്ണുദേവനും ആകുന്ന ദേവവര്ഗ്ഗത്തില് ഭക്തിയും വിശ്വാസവും അര്പ്പണവുമുള്ള, പൊതുനന്മയും സ്ഥിരോത്സാഹത്തോടെ നിഷ്ക്കാമ സേവന സന്നദ്ധതയുമുള്ള സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി ജീവിക്കുന്ന വിവാഹിതരും അവി വാഹിതരുമായ നല്ല മനുഷ്യരെ സ്ത്രീ പുരുഷ ഭേദമന്യേ കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക സ്ഥിതിക്കനുസരിച്ച് ആവശ്യമായ സന്ദര്ഭങ്ങളില് യോഗ്യതകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് മാത്രം ജോലിയ്ക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള കൂലി നല്കി അതാത് സ്ഥാനത്തേയ്ക്ക് നിയമിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
24(20).പ്രാണികള് കടക്കാത്ത അടപ്പുള്ള ഓട്ടുവിളക്കാണ് (Patent Pending. Patent Application No. 201841003006. International Patent Application No. PCT/IN2019/050054. Design Patent Nos. 225592 & 301639) ജന്മ ദേശത്തെ കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. പ്രസ്തുത ഓട്ടുവിളക്കില് (പിച്ചള) ശുദ്ധമായ എള്ളെണ്ണയും പഞ്ഞിത്തിരിയും മാത്രമേ ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാന് പാടുള്ളൂ. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും യാതൊരു കാലത്തും മൃഗങ്ങളില് നിന്നും സസ്യങ്ങളില്നിന്നുമുള്ള നെയ്യ് കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര ശ്രീ കോവിലില് ഉപയോഗിക്കരുത്.
24(21). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് യാതൊരുവിധ പൂജകളും പാടില്ല, ആര്ക്കും പൂജ ചെയ്തുകൊടുക്കുന്നതുമല്ല. ആവശ്യമായ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ നിയമനം നടത്തിയതിനുശേഷം, കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര ശ്രീകോവില് മാനേജര് കൃത്യസമയത്ത് ക്ഷേത്രം നട തുറക്കുകയും വൃത്തിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മേല്നോട്ടം വഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ശ്രീകോവില് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ്സ് ആയതിന് വേണ്ട സഹായങ്ങള് നല്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര ജീവനക്കാരില് ആര്ക്കും പ്രത്യേകത കളില്ലെങ്കിലും, അതാത് സ്ഥാനാധികാരങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാധാന്യവും ഗൗരവവും ഓരോ വ്യക്തിയും നിലനിര്ത്തിയിരിക്കണം.
24(22). ഓം ശ്രീം ബ്രഹ്മദേവ ശിവദേവ വിഷ്ണുദേവ നമ: എന്ന മന്ത്രം ഭക്തര്ക്ക് സ്വയം ജപിക്കുവാനുള്ളതാകുന്നു എന്ന ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നുമുള്ള ഔദ്യോഗിക തീരുമാനത്തിന് എല്ലാക്കാലവും എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും പരിപൂര്ണ്ണ പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും അനുവദിക്കുന്ന കല്കിയുടെ തീരുമാനങ്ങള് മാത്രമാകുന്നു കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര നിയമങ്ങള് എന്നതിന് എല്ലാക്കാലവും എപ്പോഴും എല്ലാ സമയത്തും സര്വ്വദാ എല്ലാ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിലും സ്ഥിതിയിലും പരിപൂര്ണ്ണ പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് തന്ത്രി അഥവാ തന്ത്രിമാര്, തന്ത്രി കുടുംബക്കാര്, ഊരായ്മക്കാര് തുടങ്ങിയ രീതിയില് യാതൊന്നും നിലനില്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. അത്തരത്തില് ആര്ക്കും അധികാര അവകാശങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടായിരിയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഇത് കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര സ്ഥാപകനായ കല്കിയുടെ അന്തിമ കര്ശന തീരുമാനമാകുന്നു.
24(23). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് (കല്കിയുടെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാമുറി) ഔദ്യാഗികമായി ദേവകാര്യവുമായി യാതൊരു ബന്ധവുമില്ലാത്തതിനാല് യാതൊരു കാലത്തും യാതൊരു രീതിയിലും യാതൊരു പ്രകാരത്തിലും യാതൊന്നിനുവേണ്ടിയും ജ്യോതി ഷ, മാന്ത്രിക, താന്ത്രിക, വാസ്തു, കൈനോട്ട, മഷിനോട്ട, ഭാവദര്ശന, ഉറഞ്ഞു തുള്ളി പറയല്, വെളിച്ചപ്പാട്, കവിളിലും മറ്റ് ശരീര ഭാഗങ്ങളിലും ശൂലം അഥവാ കൂര്ത്ത കമ്പിയോ കൊളുത്തോ കുത്തല്, ശരീരത്തെ ദ്രോഹിയ്ക്കുന്ന വിധത്തിലുള്ള കഠിന വ്രതങ്ങള്, തല മൊട്ടയടിക്കല് തുടങ്ങിയവയെല്ലാം സംബന്ധമായതും അതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാവിധ കാര്യങ്ങളും ക്രിയകളും ദോഷ പരിഹാരങ്ങളും യന്ത്രങ്ങളും ഏലസുകളും ആചരണങ്ങളും പ്രമാണങ്ങളും വിധികളും പ്രയോഗങ്ങളും രീതികളും നടപടികളും അനുഷ്ഠാനങ്ങളും നിഷ്ഠകളും സമ്പ്രദായങ്ങളും ആചാരങ്ങളും മുറകളും പാരമ്പര്യ വിധികളും സൂക്തങ്ങളും വ്രതങ്ങളും കഥകളും ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങളിലെ നിര്ദ്ദേശങ്ങളും ഉള്ളടക്കങ്ങളും ഉരുവിടലുകളും പരിചയങ്ങളും ആഘോഷങ്ങളും ചെണ്ട മുതലായ വാദ്യശബ്ദ ഘോഷങ്ങളും കലാപരിപാടികളും കരിമരുന്നു പ്രയോഗങ്ങളും വെടിക്കെട്ടുകളും ആനകളെ എഴുന്നള്ളിക്കലും ഉത്സവങ്ങളും എഴുത്തി നിരുത്തല് ചടങ്ങുകളും, ചോറൂണുകളും, വിവാഹങ്ങളും കാര്യപരിപാടികളും മേളകളും എഴുന്നെള്ളിക്കലുകളും കഥാഖ്യാനങ്ങളും പ്രഭാഷണങ്ങളും പൂജകളും വഴിപാടുകളും നിവേദ്യങ്ങളും അന്നദാനങ്ങളും സദ്യകളും ഋഷിപ്രോക്ത നാഡിതാളിയോലകളില് (നാഡി ജ്യോതിഷം എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നു) കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്ത ദോഷ പരിഹാരങ്ങളും ഉള്പ്പെടെ എല്ലാവിധമായ തല്സംബന്ധ കാര്യങ്ങളും യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും യാതൊരു വിധത്തിലും ഭാഗികമായോ ഘട്ടംഘട്ടമായോ പൂര്ണ്ണമായോ ദിവസ കണക്കിലോ താല്ക്കാലികമായോ സ്ഥിരമായോ പോലും നടപ്പാക്കുവാനും നിലനിര്ത്തുവാനും പ്രയോഗത്തില് വരുത്തുവാനും പ്രാവര്ത്തികമാക്കുവാനും പൂര്ത്തീകരിക്കുവാനും പാടില്ലായെന്ന കല്കിയുടെ അന്തിമ കര്ശന തീരുമാനം ഇതിനാല് ദേവകാര്യത്തിനുവേണ്ടി ദേവഹിതപ്രകാരം പരമപ്രാധാന്യമുള്ളതാകുന്നു.
24(24). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര പ്രതിഷ്ഠാദിനം: ഡിസംബര് 14. എല്ലാ വര്ഷവും പ്രതിഷ്ഠാദിന സ്മരണാര്ത്ഥം യാതൊരു വിധ ആഘോഷങ്ങളും പാടില്ല. സാധാരണ ദിവസം പോലെ ഭക്തര്ക്ക് കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് വന്ന് സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായി മാത്രം പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ച് പോകാം. വിഗ്രഹം: കല്കി പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചത്.
24(25). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് പ്രദക്ഷിണമില്ല.
24(26). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് പുകവലി പാടില്ല. മദ്യം, മയക്കു മരുന്ന് തുടങ്ങിയ ലഹരി പദാര്ത്ഥങ്ങള് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് പ്രവേശിക്കരുത്.
24(27). ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് വഴിപാടുകളില്ല. ഒരു ഭണ്ഡാരംമാത്രം. എന്റെ ജീവിത കാലം വരെയും ഡിഡി, എം.ഒ., ചെക്ക് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. യാതൊരു കാലത്തും ഒരിയ്ക്കലും സംഭാവനകള് സ്വീകരിയ്ക്കുവാന് പാടില്ല.
24(28). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ 18 പടികളുടെ ഉള്ളളവ് വീതി ഞാന് നിര്മ്മിച്ച 10 അടി മാത്രമേ പാടുള്ളൂ. 10 അടിയില് കൂടുതല് ഒരിയ്ക്കലും യാതൊരു കാലത്തും പാടില്ല.
24(29). കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ 10×10 അടി കൃത്യമായുള്ള പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മണ്ഡപത്തിന്റെ അളവ് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും യാതൊരു കാലത്തും മാറ്റം വരുത്തുവാന് പാടില്ല. ഭക്ത ര് 18 പടികള് ചവിട്ടി കയറി പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മണ്ഡപത്തിലെത്തി പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ച് (പ്രദിക്ഷണമില്ല) തിരിച്ച് പോകുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി ശ്രീകോവിലിന്റെ വൃത്തത്തിലുള്ള കരിങ്കല് മതിലിന്റെ തെക്ക് പടിഞ്ഞാറ് ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നും ഒരു ഓവര്ബ്രിഡ്ജ് ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് നിന്നും വഴിയിലേക്കുള്ള റോഡിലേയ്ക്ക് നിര്മ്മിച്ച് തിരക്ക് നിയന്ത്രിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര തറ നിരപ്പിന്റെ കരിങ്കല് മതിലും (15 അടിയില് അധികം ഉയരമുള്ള) വഴിയും തമ്മില് ബന്ധിപ്പിയ്ക്കുന്ന ഭാഗം എപ്പോള് വേണമെങ്കിലും അഴിച്ച് മാറ്റാവുന്ന രീതിയില് സ്റ്റീലിലോ ഇരുമ്പിലോ ലോഹം കൊണ്ടുള്ള (സ്ഥിരമായ കോണ്ക്രീറ്റ് കോ ളം, വാര്പ്പ് എന്നിവ പാടില്ല) ഓവര്ബ്രിഡ്ജ് മാത്രമേ പാടുള്ളൂ എന്നത് നിര്ബന്ധമായും അനുസരിക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു. അതിന്റെ ബാക്കി വഴിയില് കോണ്ക്രീറ്റ് കോളം, വാര്പ്പ് എന്നിവ കൊണ്ട് ഓവര്ബ്രിഡ്ജ് നിര്മ്മിക്കുവാന് അനുവാദമുണ്ട്. ഗോപുരത്തിന്റെ അടുത്ത് തന്നെ വരുന്നതിനും പോകുന്നതിനും വഴിയെ രണ്ടായി (In & Out) വേര്തിരിയ്ക്കുക. പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ച് തിരിച്ചു പോകുന്ന ഭക്തര്ക്ക് ഓവര്ബ്രിഡ്ജ് വഴി എടവണ്ണപ്പാറ-കോഴിക്കോട് റോഡിനോട് ചേര്ന്നുള്ള 4.6 മീറ്റ ര് വീതിയുള്ള കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര ഗോപുരത്തിന്റെ ഗേറ്റിനു സമീപം രണ്ടായി വേര്തിരിച്ച In & Out ല് Out വഴി ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കാം. ആവശ്യമുള്ളപ്പോള് വാഹനങ്ങള്ക്ക് കടന്ന് പോകുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി എടുത്തു മാറ്റാവുന്ന രീതിയില് സ്റ്റീലിലോ ഇരുമ്പിലോ നിര്മ്മിച്ച് നട്ട് ആന്ഡ് ബോള്ട്ട് വെച്ച് ഫിറ്റ് ചെ യ്യുന്ന സ്റ്റെയര്കേസ് ആയിരിയ്ക്കണം എന്നത് പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിയ്ക്കണം. പ്രായമായവര്ക്കും രോഗങ്ങളാല് കയറ്റം കയറാന് കഴിയാത്തവര്ക്കുമായി നൂതന സാങ്കേതിക സൗ കര്യങ്ങളുള്ള റോപ് വെ പോലുള്ളവ ഒരുക്കുന്നത് പ്രയോജനം ചെയ്യും.
24(30). മേപ്പടി 15-ാം നമ്പര് നിയമത്തില് കൊടുത്തപ്രകാരം കല്കിയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കള്ക്കോ സഹോദരീ സഹോദരന്മാര്ക്കോ മറ്റ് കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങള്ക്കോ കല്കിയുടെ സ്വത്ത്, സമ്പാദ്യ, ആസ്തി, സ്ഥാവരജംഗമ വസ്തുക്കള്, കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം തുടങ്ങിയ യാതൊന്നിലും യാതൊരു അവകാശങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടായിരിയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. കിഴക്കുമ്പാട്ട് ഇല്ലത്ത് ദാമോദരന് നമ്പൂതിരിപ്പാടിന്റെയും കല്യാണിയുടെയും ഇളയ മകനായ രാമകൃഷ്ണനാണ് (സ്കൂള് രേഖയില്: മൊക്കത്ത് രാമകൃഷ്ണന് നായര്) കല്കിയുടെ അച്ഛന്. അമ്മ ശാരദ. എടവണ്ണപ്പാറയിലുള്ള വടക്കേല് (ചെറുവായൂര് അംശം ദേശം) എന്ന വീട്ടിലായിരുന്നു കല്കി ജനിച്ചത്. എടവണ്ണപ്പാറ സ.റ.ഓഫീസില് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്ത കല്കിയുടെ അച്ഛന്റെ 5/3/2008-ാം നമ്പര് ഒസ്യത്ത്പ്രകാരം കല്കി സ്വയം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതിനാല് കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിലെ ചൂലൂരില് (MVR Cancer Hospital Road) 1525/1980, 1243/1982 എ ന്നീ ആധാരങ്ങള്പ്രകാരം മെയിന് റോഡ് സൈഡില് അച്ഛന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള വീട് ഉള്പ്പെടുന്ന 15 സെന്റ് സ്ഥലത്തില് അച്ഛന്റെ കാലശേഷം കല്കിയ്ക്ക് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കരുതെന്നും ആയതിനുള്ള കല്കിയുടെ സമ്മതപത്രമായി നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള രേഖയാവുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി പ്രസ്തുത ഒസ്യത്തില് ഒന്നാം സാക്ഷിയായി കല്കി പേരെഴുതി ഒപ്പ് വെയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ഹിന്ദു പിന്തുടര്ച്ചാവകാശ നിയമപ്രകാരം പാരമ്പര്യ സ്വത്താണെങ്കില് പിതാവിന്റെ കാലശേഷം ഭാര്യയ്ക്കും മക്കള്ക്കും തുല്യമായി വീതിയ്ക്കപ്പെടും. സ്വയം അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ച് സമ്പാദിച്ചതാണെങ്കില് സ്വന്തം ജീവിത കാലത്ത് സ്വയം എഴുതി വെച്ചതോ രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്തതോ ആയ ഒസ്യത്ത്പ്രകാരമാകുന്നു അനന്തരാവകാശികളില് ആര്ക്കെല്ലാമാകുന്നു പിതാവിന്റെ സ്വത്ത് വഹകളില് അവകാശമുണ്ടായിരിയ്ക്കുകയെന്ന് തീരുമാനിയ്ക്കപ്പെടുക എന്നുള്ളതിനാലാണ് കല്കി അച്ഛന്റെ ഒസ്യത്തില് സ്വന്തം ആവശ്യപ്രകാരം ഓഹരി അവകാശം വേണ്ടതില്ലായെന്ന് ചേര്ത്തത്. ആയതിനാല് അവിവാഹിതനായ കല്കിയുടെ സ്വന്തം ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള എല്ലാവിധ സ്വത്ത് ആസ്തി സമ്പാദ്യങ്ങളിലും കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങള്ക്ക് യാതൊരു കാലത്തും അധികാര അവകാശങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടായിരിയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. കല്കിയുടെ സ്വത്ത് സമ്പാദ്യങ്ങള് തുടങ്ങിയവയെല്ലാം എല്ലാക്കാലത്തും കല്കിയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥ തയില് നിലനിര്ത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് എന്നാല് കല്കിയുടെ കാലശേഷം മാത്രം പൊതുനന്മ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് ആയതിന്റെ കൈകാര്യം നടത്തിപ്പ് സംരക്ഷണം എന്നിവ മാത്രം കല്കി സ്ഥാപിച്ച കല്കിപുരി ധര്മ ട്രസ്റ്റിന് (No.1656/2001) ഉണ്ടായിരിയ്ക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
24(32). ക്ഷേത്രപ്രവേശന വിളംബരം. ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് വന്ന് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്നതിന് എല്ലാ ഭക്തര്ക്കും അനുവാദമുണ്ട്. ആശുപത്രികളിലും മരണവീടുകളിലും ആര്ത്തവ സമയത്തും ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്ക് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്നതിന് വിലക്കുകളില്ല. പക്ഷേ, ദേവാലയമെന്ന കെട്ടിടത്തില് വന്ന് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുമ്പോള് മാത്രം അശുദ്ധമാകുമെന്ന വിചിത്രവാദം ദുരുദ്ദേശ്യപരമാണ്. ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് വന്ന് ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്ക് സ്വയം നേരിട്ട് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കുന്നതില് നിന്നും ഭക്തരെ വിലക്കുവാന് മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക് അധികാരമില്ല, സാധിയ്ക്കുകയുമില്ല.
24(33). ഒരു വ്യക്തിക്ക് ദേവകാര്യത്തെ വിശ്വസിക്കുവാനും അവിശ്വസിക്കുവാനും സ്വീകരിക്കുവാനും സംവേദനക്ഷമതയോടെ അര്ത്ഥവത്തായി വിമര്ശിക്കുവാനും സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യമുണ്ടെ ങ്കിലും തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തുവാനും ഉപദ്രവിയ്ക്കുവാനും നിന്ദിയ്ക്കുവാനും അധികാരമില്ല. പ്രയോജനത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് പഠിച്ച് സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടത് ഏതാണെന്ന് സ്വയം തീരുമാനിക്കുവാനുള്ള വ്യക്തിയുടെ മൗലീകാവകാശത്തെ സദാ ബഹുമാനിക്കണം. നിര്ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കല് ഒരിക്കലും പ്രയോജനം ചെയ്യില്ല. സ്വയം അറിഞ്ഞ് സ്വീകരിച്ച് തനിക്കുവേണ്ടി സ്വയം അനുസരിക്കണം. എങ്കില് മാത്രമേ ആത്മാര്ത്ഥതയോടെ നിലനിര്ത്തുവാന് സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. മതമാക്കി മാറ്റിയാല് അപകടമാകും. വ്യക്തികള് നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നവരായി മാറാന് ശ്രമിക്കും. പ്രകാശ സ്വരൂപത്തില് ശിവലോകവാസിയായ സര്വാധികാരി ശിവദേവനാകുന്നു പരമഗുരു, മനുഷ്യരല്ല. മനുഷ്യരെ ആദരിക്കാം ബഹുമാനിക്കാം വേണമെങ്കില് അദ്ധ്യാപ കരായും കാണാം, പക്ഷേ അര്പ്പിച്ച് ആരാധിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. ഓരോരുത്തരേയും അവരുടെ സ്ഥാനപരിധി അറിഞ്ഞ് നിര്ത്തേണ്ടിടത്ത് നിര്ത്തിയാല് കുറേ അപകടങ്ങള് ഒഴിവാക്കാം. സ്വയം വഴി തെറ്റുകയുമില്ല. ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് അനുഗ്രഹത്തിനും സംരക്ഷണത്തിനും വേണ്ടി പ്രാര്ത്ഥിക്കാം. ഇടനിലക്കാര് വേണ്ട. ജീവന്റെ മേല്ഗതിക്ക് ഇതാണ് ശ്രേഷ്ഠം. ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്കുള്ള അര്പ്പണവും സ്വയം ആത്മാര്ത്ഥതയും സദുദ്ദേശ്യവും അതാത് സ്ഥാനപ്രകാരമുള്ള സ്വകര്മ്മ പൂര്ത്തീകരണവുമാകുന്നു ജീവന്റെ മേല്ഗതിക്ക് അടിസ്ഥാനം.
24(34). ശ്രീകോവിലിന്റെ തറ നില്ക്കുന്ന തിരുമുറ്റത്തിന്റെ തൊട്ടടുത്തുള്ള പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മണ്ഡപത്തോടും 18 പടികളോടും ചേര്ന്ന വൃത്താകൃതിയില് 15 അടിയോളം ഉയരമുള്ള വലിയ കരിങ്കല്കെട്ടും കഴിഞ്ഞ് വടക്ക് കിഴക്ക് ഭാഗത്ത് ക്ഷേത്ര കിണര് കുഴിയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു. ഇതേ ഭാഗത്ത് 2001ല് ഞാന് കിണര് കുഴിച്ചിരുന്നതും വെള്ളം കണ്ടതിന് ശേഷം മൂടിയതുമാണ്. വെള്ളം ഉള്ളതിന്റെ ഏകദേശം 15 അടിയോളം മാറി പടികള് ഇടാതെ കുഴിച്ച 18 അടിയോളമുള്ള കുഴി യില് നിന്നും സാമാന്യം ആവശ്യമായ വിസ്താരത്തില് വീണ്ടും വെള്ളമുള്ളിടത്തേയ്ക്ക് മണ്ണിനടിയില് ഏകദേശം 15 അടിയോളം ലംബമായി കുഴിച്ച് വഴിയൊരുക്കി വെള്ളം കണ്ടതിന് ശേഷം പ്രസ്തുത വെള്ളം കിണറിന് വേണ്ടി കുഴിച്ച കുഴിയിലേയ്ക്ക് വന്ന് ഏകദേശം രണ്ട് അടിയില് കൂടുതല് നിറയുകയും ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം രണ്ട് മൂന്ന് ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളില് പ്രസ്തുത കുഴി മണ്ണിട്ട് മൂടുകയുമാണ് ചെയ്തത്. 2017ല് കല്കിപുരി വീട് പൊളിച്ച് തറയുടെ മണ്ണെടുത്തപ്പോള് പ്രസ്തുത കുഴിയുടെ ആകൃതി വ്യക്തമായി കണ്ടതിന്റെ വീഡിയോയും ഫോട്ടോയുമുണ്ട്. നേരിട്ട് കൃത്യ സ്ഥലത്ത് ക്ഷേത്ര കിണര് കുഴിയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.
24(35). ദേവാലയത്തില് (ക്ഷേത്രം) മനുഷ്യാലയം പാടില്ല. മനുഷ്യാലയത്തില് ദേവാലയവും പാടില്ല.
24(35)A. മനുഷ്യാലയത്തിലെ(വീടുകള്/ഫ്ലാറ്റുകള്/വില്ലകള്) ചുമരിലെ സ്റ്റാന്റില് ഘടിപ്പിച്ച കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്ക് മുമ്പില് രാവിലേയോ വൈകീട്ടോ അല്ലെങ്കില് രണ്ട് നേരമോ പ്രാണികള് കടക്കാത്ത അടപ്പുള്ള വിളക്കില് പഞ്ഞികൊണ്ടുള്ള (കോട്ടണ്) രണ്ട്/അഞ്ച്/ഏഴ് തിരി വെച്ച് കത്തിച്ച് പ്രാര്ത്ഥിയ്ക്കുവാന് ദേവങ്കല്നിന്നും അനുവാദമുണ്ട്. പൊതുവായി എല്ലാവര്ക്കും കാണാവുന്ന തുറസ്സായ (ഹാള്) സ്ഥലത്ത് കിഴക്ക് അഭിമുഖമായി വിളക്ക് വെയ്ക്കാവുന്ന രീതിയാണ് ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും അനുവദിച്ചത്. പ്രാര്ത്ഥനയ്ക്കായി പ്രത്യേകമായി ഒരു മുറി മാറ്റി വെക്കരുത്. അതോടൊപ്പം മരം കൊണ്ടോ മറ്റോ അലങ്കാരങ്ങള് ചെയത് കൂടൊരുക്കരുത്. വീടിന്റെ മുഖം കിഴക്ക് ഭാഗത്തല്ല എങ്കില് വിളക്ക് കിഴക്ക് അഭിമുഖമായി വെച്ചാല് മതി.
24(35)B. അഞ്ച് തിരിയാണെങ്കില് വടക്ക് കിഴക്ക് അഭിമുഖമായിരി യ്ക്കും അഞ്ചാമത്തെ തിരി എന്നതും ഏഴ് തിരിയാണെങ്കില് തെക്ക് പടിഞ്ഞാറ് ഭാഗത്ത് തിരി ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്നതും വടക്ക് കിഴക്ക് അഭിമുഖമായിരിയ്ക്കും ഏഴാമത്തെ തിരി എന്നതും പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിയ്ക്കണം. കിഴക്ക് അഭിമുഖം നില്ക്കുമ്പോള് ഇടതു കൈ നില്ക്കുന്ന ഭാഗം വടക്ക് ഭാഗത്തെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിയ്ക്കുന്നു.
24(35)C. ഇടനിലക്കാരില്ലാതെ ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്ക് നേരിട്ടുള്ള പ്രാര്ത്ഥന എന്നത് സവിശേഷവും സദ്ഫലങ്ങള് മാത്രം അനുവദിയ്ക്കുന്നതുമാകുന്നു.

24(36). ദേവാലയത്തില് (ക്ഷേത്രം) മനുഷ്യാലയം പാടില്ലാത്തതിനാല്, പുതിയ ദേവാലയം (കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രം) നിര്മ്മിച്ച് നിലനിര്ത്തുന്നതിന് എനിയ്ക്ക് വിവിധ ഘട്ടങ്ങള് അവശ്യമായതിനാല്, അതാത് രീതിയില് ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നുമുള്ള അനുവാദപ്രകാരം മനുഷ്യാലയവും [കല്കിപുരി (ഹൗസ്)] ആയതിനോട് ചേര്ന്നും എന്നാല് പ്രത്യേകമായി വേര്തിരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതുമായ ഘടനയില് എന്റെ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാമുറിയും കൂടി ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തി നിര്മ്മിച്ച്, പിന്നീട്, ഘട്ടം ഘട്ടമായി 2016ല് ദേവാലയമെന്ന ഘടനയിലേയ്ക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ താഴികക്കുടം ഉള്പ്പെടെയുള്ള നിര്മ്മാണ പൂര്ത്തീകരണത്തിനും ശേഷം എനിയ്ക്ക് ദേവങ്കല് നിന്നും അനുവദിച്ച സ്വയഭൂ ചൈതന്യത്താല് ദേവങ്കലേയ്ക്കുള്ള ചൈതന്യ സ്ഥാപിത സ്ഥിതി അഥവാ കണക്ടിവിറ്റി പ്രാവര്ത്തികമാക്കിയും, പിന്നീട് 2017 ല് കല്കിപുരി എന്ന എന്റെ വീട് പൂര്ണ്ണമായും പൊളിച്ച് നീക്കി കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ വഴിയുടെ രണ്ടാം തറ നിരപ്പിന്റെ (IInd Ground Floor) അത്രത്തോളം മണ്ണെടുത്ത് ശ്രീകോവിലിനോട് തൊട്ടടുത്തതും എന്നാല് ചേര്ന്ന് നില്ക്കാതെ വേര്തിരിയ്ക്കപ്പെട്ടതുമായ ഘടനയില് അനുബന്ധമായ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനാ മണ്ഡപവും 18 പടികളും വൃത്താകൃതിയിലുള്ള കല്കിപുരി ക്ഷേത്ര ശ്രീകോവിലിന്റെ ആകെ വ്യാസം കിഴിച്ചുള്ള 16 അടി വിസ്താരത്തിലുള്ള ഒന്നാം തറ നിരപ്പിന്റെ (Ist Ground Floor) വൃത്താകൃതി ഘടനയ്ക്ക് ചേര്ന്ന് 15 അടിയോളം ഉയരത്തില് കരിങ്കല് കെട്ടിയും യഥാര്ത്ഥ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ നിര്മ്മാണം പൂര്ത്തീകരിച്ചു എന്നത് ഇവിടെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. കല്കിപുരി എന്ന സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ വടക്ക് കിഴക്ക് ഭാഗത്തെ അതിര്ത്തിയിലുള്ള വലിയ മതില്ക്കെട്ടിനോട് ചേര്ന്ന ഭാഗത്ത് പരിച്ചേദമുള്ളതിനാല് ഒന്നാം തറ നിരപ്പിന് (Ist Ground Floor) പൂര്ണ്ണ വൃത്താകൃതിയില്ല.
24(37).ജീവിതത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ സദുദ്ദേശ്യപരമായ പ്രാര്ത്ഥനകള് പൂര്ണ്ണമായും സഫലീകരിക്കപ്പെടണമെങ്കില് ദേവകാര്യാര്ത്ഥം ദേവഹിതപ്രകാരം ക്ഷേമാധിഷ്ഠിത ഭരണത്തിലൂടെ ഭരണാധികാരി എന്ന സ്ഥാനത്താല് ക്ഷേമരാഷ്ട്രം പ്രാവര്ത്തികമാക്കിയാല് മാത്രമാകുന്നു.

ഇനി മുതല് പ്രാണികള് വീണ് ശവങ്ങളായി വിളക്കിലെ എണ്ണ അശുദ്ധമാകില്ല. ആരാധനയ്ക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന വിളക്കും എണ്ണയും തിരിയുമെല്ലാം ശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കണം. എണ്ണയില് പ്രാണികള് കടക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അടപ്പിന് കല്കിയ്ക്ക് പേറ്റന്റ് (നമ്പര് 422389) ലഭിച്ചു.

ഇന്ത്യന് പേറ്റന്റ് ഓഫീസില് നിന്നും 2023 ഫെബ്രുവരി 20നാണ് പേറ്റന്റ് സര്ട്ടിഫിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചത്. 20 വര്ഷമാണ് പേറ്റന്റിന്റെ കാലാവധി. ഖുരാന ആന്ഡ് ഖുരാന എന്ന സഥാപനം വഴിയാണ് പേറ്റന്റ് ലഭിച്ചത്. ഇതിനുമുമ്പ് ഡിസൈന് പേറ്റന്റുകളും (നമ്പര്: 225592, 301639) ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. തൂക്ക് വിളക്കിന്റെ ദിശ കൃത്യമായി കിഴക്ക് ഭാഗത്തേയ്ക്ക് ഉറപ്പിച്ചു നിര്ത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള സംവിധാനത്തിനും 2022ല് കല്കിയ്ക്ക് ഡിസൈന് പേറ്റന്റ് (നമ്പര്: 316090-001) ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
